I need to speak with my parcel carrier
The shipments that will be carried out by parcel couriers must be managed directly with the parcel provider contact centers.
The location (country) to be selected for contacting must be the same as either the sender or receiver.

- If it is a question concerning the collection, contact the Helpcenter from the sender country.
- If it is a question concerning the delivery, contact the Helpcenter from the receiver country.
