My shipment was not delivered
Firstly, please ask the sender or the receiver to contact the local office of the transport company and ask for more information. Usually, the details of the waybill will be sufficient to identify your request.
Only the transport company can confirm the ETA to your delivery location.
If you are shipping overseas, please note that customs procedures may be in course. Be prepared to answer the necessary requests.
You may also verify the status of your shipment directly on Easy4Pro.
