How to track a Parcel Shipment?
Unlike the Premium Freight shipments, that often provide detailed and frequent tracking updates, Parcel Shipments usually come with basic tracking information, many times refered to as "Milestones", such as when the package was dispatched, arrived at sorting centers, and was out for delivery.
With your trusted Easy4Pro, you can track your parcel shipment in 2 different ways.
On Easy4Pro
1. Open the shipment reference and click on "Tracking Link".
If you have further doubts, use the button "Track your Shipment on the Carrier Website" to open directly the website of the transport company.
Directly in the Carrier's Website
If, by any chance, you do not have the shipment code or the access, you can take the waybill used on your parcel and track it directly on the website of the transport company.
Bellow, you may find an example with a DHL waybill.
Note:
After the package being picked up and between scannings, it may take up to 8 hours to have the tracking updated on the website and on Easy4Pro.
