How can I speak with my carriers?

How to see my carrier contacts?

The carriers can be contacted in 2 different ways, which may vary according to the moment of the order creation: 

Before there's an offer selected:

Before there is an offer selected for the shipment, the main point of contact is the chat. The chat is available inside the Shipment. 
Once inside your shipment, click on Conversation:



Here you can find the Chat function. To send a Global message, click on "Main Room". To discuss with a particular carrier, click on the carrier name.


Note the Globe icon next to the messages sent via the Main Room, versus the private messages sent directly to a specific carrier. 



After there is an offer selected: 

If you have already selected an offer on Easy4Pro, the direct contacts of your carrier will now be available on the tab "Shipment Details" click on Shipment Details:



Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you find "Details and price of the shipment", where that information will be available
