At Easy4Pro, effective communication between clients and carriers is essential. While the shipment is in quotation, we offer the chat room feature, located within the Conversation tab.
- It's possible to send a global message - click on MAIN ROOM and write the message. You can identify it's a global message because of the globe icon associated with it (check A).
- If the message is to be sent only to a specific carrier - click on the carrier name (check letter B on the image below).
- The carrier's replies will all be available by chronological order (check letter C).

Please note - for parcel couriers, this function is NOT available.
Besides, all features aforementioned we also have a notification signal that the shipment has unread messages, as you can see the ballon in the picture below - in order to change those signals, simply click "Mark as read"
