I want to cancel a shipment

Learn how to effortlessly cancel shipments on Easy4Pro. In this guide,we'll cover the simple steps to adjust your plans with ease, ensuring smooth operations.
The "Abort" button can be found on every quotation up until the day before the scheduled pick-up. To cancel a shipment, just enter the shipment ID and,  on the Conversation page, click:

If the day of the pick-up has arrived and the quotation remains uncancelled, please create a ticket and seek assistance from our Support Team. You will encounter the following message:

To create a ticket, simply click on the green button with a question mark in the bottom-right corner of the page, it looks like this one:  
Please use the Sub-Classification "I want to Cancel my shipment" and indicate the reference of the shipment - the subclassification will look like this:


Please make sure to align with the forwarder and verify if no pick-up action was started.

Please note that after the estimated delivery date, shipments can no longer be cancelled and are being charged by Easy4Pro.
By following these steps, you can ensure efficient and hassle-free management of your shipments, maintaining control over your logistics operations.
