When it comes to canceling Parcel shipments we have one rule
- Not having tracking information
To check this, you can clink on "Tracking Link"
And, if by clicking on it, you find the message below, it means that the shipment can still be cancelled.
Users are allowed to cancel shipments on their own up until the estimated pickup date. However, post the estimated pickup date, only our support team has the authority to cancel. To initiate cancellation in such cases, kindly submit a request to the support team along with a brief explanation for the cancellation request.
