Invitation Rules

Invitation Rules

Tab available on the left side of the screen, middle or on the homepage main screen.

The Invitation Rules define how a certain carrier is invited for the requests launched on E4P. The variables are the transport mode (road, air, sea) and the routes (from-to specific countries, from-to everywhere, for example).

To be able to set invitation rules for a certain carrier, some actions need to be done before, which are to approve the account on the HQ + Plant level. After that, return to HQ to set this carrier’s vehicles. Add all vehicles available, per transport mode.

Note:

As it happens with the users, if the invitation rules are set on the HQ, they will be extended to all plants. No need to connect the carrier to all plants. If set per plant, only that plant will have access to the carrier.

The invitation rules are always set manually, with the logic of from→to.

On the same tab, it’s possible to consult the pre-existing invitation rules and delete them if necessary. There are some filters available, conjugable, to facilitate the analysis (invitation rules per transport mode, per carrier, per geographical area, and per setting date).
