Tracking

Tracking

There are two ways of tracking your parcel shipment:

1. On Easy4Pro - open your shipment reference and click on "Tracking Link".  Here, you can jump directly to the tracking on the carrier's website.

2. Directly in the Carrier's Website - if you do not have the shipment code or the access, you can take the waybill used on your parcel and track it directly on the website.

Bellow, you may find an example with a DHL waybill.

Note:

It may take up to 8 hours after parcel is picked up to have the tracking updated on Easy4Pro and on the courier's website.
