My shipment was not picked up

What to do when your shipment was not picked up? 

Parcel collections may happen between 10:00LT and 17:00LT and it is not possible to book an exact time. 

To know more about the collection of your shipment, please ask the sender to contact, by phone, the local office of the transport company, and ask for more informations.

Usually, the waybill number will be sufficient to identify your request. 

Only the transport company assigned to the shipment can confirm the Estimated Time of Arrival to your pick-up location.
